At Babivi, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality baby products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange if 14 days have already passed.
To be eligible for a return:
✅ Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
✅ It must also be in the original packaging.
✅ The product does not match your order (wrong color, size, or customization).
⚠️ Non-eligible returns:
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, downloadables, health and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase back to a manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@babivi.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
2️⃣ Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Product Back – Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs may apply).
3. Refund Process
💳 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days.
💰 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Visa, etc.).
📩 You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the shipper from which you get the product and notify us by mail at returns@babivi.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@babivi.com.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the incorrect one and place a new order.
